How Does Auto-Ship Work?
Just give us a call toll free at 877-335-1509 (941-966-9727) and provide your information to the client representative.  Your future orders will be shipped to you either on the 1st or 15th, saving you the hassle of having to reorder!

 

What are the discounts?
Auto-Shipments qualify for 20% off Feeling Fit for Life products and Enzymedica retail prices, 10% on everything else.   Free shipping* also applies to Auto-Shipments.  


When will my credit card be charged?
After signing up for AutoShip, you will be billed for the initial shipment on your selected credit card.  Further shipments will be billed to the credit card no sooner than 2 business days prior to the shipment and you order will be on its way to you.  Most charges are done the same day as the shipment.  As always, you will receive FREE Shipping and GREAT Discounts with each and every order.

 

Can I cancel my Auto-Ship order?
Yes.  You can cancel your Auto-Ship order at any time after the inital 3 months os recieving product.  Once cancelled, you will not be billed for or recieve, any future shipments.  We encourage you to contact us whenever you have a question or concern.  Please call our staff at 877-335-1509 (941-966-9727) with any questions or assistance in canceling or changing your program.

 

Can I return, delay, skip, or otherwise change the products in my Auto-Shipment?
Yes.  Please contact our staff at 877-335-1509 (941-966-9727) for assistance in returning, delaying, or changing the composition of your order.  Standard return proceedures apply to returned Auto-Shipments.

 

Can I change my Auto-Ship delivery method (i.e. from FedEx to USPS)?
Yes.  Simply call our staff at 877-335-1509 (941-966-9727) to change your desired shipping method for upcoming Auto-Shipments.  Additional shipping charges MAY apply.

 

Will I be informed if any of my product(s) are discontinued?
Yes.  An email notice will be set if a product in your Auto-Shipment order is discontinued for any reason.
