I am an 80 years old male with an enlarged prostate. During the night I am up 4 or 5 times going to the bathroom. On going back to bed I have a problem getting back to sleep, however, since taking the DiamondZymes all that has changed! Now I am sleeping without a problem.
I also have had some pain in my upper arm and shoulders as a result of my age, so called arthritis, even that has lessened and is practically gone.
